PRE instructions: part hair and apply to scalp, edges and the ends of your hair, massage gently. (you should feel a mild cooling sensation) DO NOT RINSE. Shampoo as normal.
POST instructions: apply to wet/dry clean hair massage into scalp, edges and ends of hair.
DO NOT RINSE. Air dry or blow dry hair and style.
